A yoga therapy program is a stylized yoga practice to meet your specific needs which might include managing aliments, recovering from injury, preparing for surgery, or managing stress.
A yoga therapy session can help you understand the anatomical relationships within the body and the minds’ active role in stress
management.
In the initial assessment session you and I will work together to discover what postures will be most beneficial to you in the immediate scenario. A program will be designed for you to take home and practice. Through continual work together the program will evolve to take on a shape that assists you can as your circumstances shift.
A private yoga session is meant to serve your individual needs based on the holistic model that the mind, body, and spirit are interwoven through breath and energy.
Evaluating your needs and how yoga can serve you is best undertaken through a series of consultations and practices until the ideal program is developed.
At times collaboration with other health care professionals can help assist this process and provide you with the most well rounded health care
routine.

- At Home visit may need to add $10 to session if beyond 10 mile driving range
- Given personal income situations a sliding scale is offered for those who request it.
