Fee Schedule

Bourke Chiropractic is a cash based practice. Receipts provided upon request for submission to insurance company or flex spending for reimbursement.

        • $50 for new patient visit       
        • $30 for subsequent treatment or existing patient
        • $70 for private yoga instruction

M 8am – 4pm    |    T 8am-3:30pm    |    Th 8am-9am, 11:30am-1:30pm    |     F 8am-9am, 11:30am-5pm
